Description
Dan has nearly 20 years experience as an elite athlete, high performance sports coach and personal trainer. He believes in an integrated approach and draws influence from his personal experience in many areas including elite sport, martial arts, yoga and uses movement and mindfulness to help his clients become more at one with their bodies and into a state of wellness.
Dan encourages his clients to focus on health and having fun and at the same time to challenge the limits of what their bodies can do.
Dan’s sessions vary from movement, weight training, boxing and outdoor training.
